Purchase Agreement
If you have ordered an item either through this website, over the phone or in person, and have entered or given your billing and shipping information, you agree to pay this order in full at the time of purchase. Orders will not ship out until full payment is received for your order. If you purchase anything from Turbo Repair, LLC, you have agreed to and understand the terms in conditions here in, in full. If the information you enter into any order form via our website or have given over the phone is in anyway fraudulent and or incorrect and or not your true information, you will still be responsible for paying your order in full. If for any reason an invoice is sent out to you as the customer and you modify or forward it to anyone else to pay, you as the customer are still personally responsible for payment to Turbo Repair, LLC. If there are any question related to your responsibilities of payment or any disputes, you may contact us via email or by phone.
Return/Refund Policy
Custom built items; being anything modified from stock for a specific use, vehicle or engine, once purchased are not refundable. New uninstalled stock items may be refunded within 30 days of purchase if it is deemed to be uninstalled and in original packaging, clean and free from any damage. Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges and a 20% restocking fee. Upon inspection and cleared of damage/installation a refund will be processed back to the original card the item was purchased on. If that is not possible, a check will be mailed to the address on file. All returns must be issued a return authorization number, contact our office during normal business hours to obtain an RMA number before shipping your return. Special order items and unauthorized returns will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense. Work Turbochargers/Turbo Repair LLC reserves the right to refuse services and/or refunds for any reason as we see fit.
Delivery Method
Most items will be delivered via FedEx or USPS, unless otherwise specified. Any items in stock at our facility will be shipped within 24-72 hours after payment is processed. If your item is not in stock, you will be notified via email or phone.

If we have trouble processing an order, we'll use this information to contact you. Orders are custom built and may take longer than average due to availability of material.
