The Boost-Based Pneumatic StraightGate76 takes the award-winning eSG50 design and simplifies control with a traditional boost-based actuator, all while doubling the flow with its 76mm valve body. Thanks to its self-balancing design, the StraightGate76 offers an impressive tuning window—up to five times the base spring pressure! Pre-equipped with 6 psi springs and the GenV actuator, it features both single and twin-port control, making it easy to use while packing massive performance, flow, and advanced features.
The StraightGate76 is a ground-up design, extensively validated in-house, pushing the boundaries of flow and control that no other wastegate has achieved. Its zero-offset butterfly valve is exposed to equal exhaust drive pressure on both sides, pivoting centrally for self-balancing operation. This self-balancing feature means less force is needed to actuate, even under extreme drive pressures, expanding the tuning window, no matter the actuation method. The superior flow comes from the straight-through valve design, eliminating the 90-degree turn required by traditional poppet-style valves, allowing exhaust gases to flow more efficiently.
